We are civil trial lawyers who chose to work in a smaller law firm in the Capitol Hill district of Seattle rather than in an anonymous, impersonal ‘skyscraper firm.’ We believe our smaller, more dynamic environment allows us to personally and collectively deliver more to our clients, our profession, and to ourselves.

Both as a firm and as individual attorneys, we concentrate on complex litigation, strongly believing that - while the earliest, most equitable and affordable outcome is always the goal - being prepared for trial is always the best avenue to such a beneficial outcome.

We bring a team approach to all of our cases. We have a daily litigation meeting so every attorney on our staff is acutely aware of what is happening in each and every active case. Our lawyers meet regularly to talk about strategy and share research. Since all of our attorneys are aware of what is happening in each of our active cases, we can assign trial preparation tasks to the most appropriate lawyer on our staff. The firm also has experienced paralegals and support staff who are highly efficient and technologically astute.

We are committed to being honest and ethical with our clients, our profession, our colleagues, our employees, and ourselves. We recognize that our ultimate concern in every case should not simply be ‘the law,’ but rather the welfare and best interests of our clients in the broadest sense.
